Approval for Vivendi-Activision
The European Union has approved the acquisition of Activision by Vivendi. The new company is expected to beat EA as the biggest publisher the world knows.
On mobile, this will mean that Vivendi Games Mobile will get hold of Activition titles. In the past, most Activision mobile games where developed and published by Hands-On.The most important mobile licenses that will go to Vivendi are without doubt Guitar Hero and Call of Duty.
