Financials: Gameloft Q4 2007

Gameloft Gameloft announced their fourth quarter financial results and announced to have reached their targets for 2007, with € 25,8 million in sales to close the year with.

The € 25,8 million in sales already show a growth of 19% compared to 2006. On a comparable exchange rate basis the fourth quarter growth would have reached 26%. The sales of downloadable mobile games reached € 90,2 million during 2007, an increase of 45%.

Demographics

For the full year, Europe is again the leading market for Gameloft. Gameloft generated 44% of their sales in the EU territory. The US follows at 34% and the rest of the world at 22%. In the fourth quarter, the North-American market slowed down in growth, partly due to the declining value of the dollar.
