Bluetooth has mobile gamers fighting tooth & nail
Human intelligence versus artificial intelligence — that was the basic premise of all mobile games. It was intelligence all right, but was still artificial. Though there existed technologies before, that allowed gamers to play against each other in real time, the players were restricted by the compulsions of the cell phones’ technological compatibilities. But, real-time, multiplayer bluetooth games have changed all that. Such games are the next wave in mobile gaming, says Arun Gupta, COO of Mauj Telecom, a wireless mobile content provider.
